What We Grow

Early season CSA boxes contain cool season crops like kale, lettuce, arugula, spinach, radishes, and beets (and their greens). Mid-season boxes contain peas, basil, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, melons, and kohlrabi. Warmer season boxes contain broccoli, carrots, cilantro, cucumbers, fennel, head lettuce, onions, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, summer squash, corn, and zucchini. Late season boxes have long and cool season crops like brussels sprouts, celery, leeks, pumpkins, winter squash and other storage vegetables. Do not worry, some of these vegetables will reappear throughout the summer and fall.
